Spicy Garlic Potato Wedges Recipe:
Spicy Garlic Potato Wedges Serving Size: 4 6 medium potatoes 4 T. Mr. Spice Garlic Steak Sauce Scrub unpeeled potatoes well. Cut each in half lengthwise. Cut into even wedges. Boil potato wedges for 5 minutes. Drain, pat dry. Spread potato wedges in a single layer on agreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with Mr. Spice Garlic Steak Sauce and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Mr. Spice Garlic Steak Sauce or Mr. Spice Honey BBQ Sauce instead of ketchup.
